Cake-related questions

What if I have food allergies?
Ingredients are listed online for each pastry. Please keep in mind that Orchèl Bakery and Boutique is not a nut-free environment. Even if a product does not contain nuts, there is always the possibility of cross-contamination.

Orders and Events

Do I need to book a consultation?
If the product you’d like to purchase is available in our Sweets and Treats list you don’t need to book a consultation. For birthday cakes, one dozen cupcakes and more, place an advance order online or call 613.769.1248 to speak to a member of our bakery team. We will respond to your email within two business days. 

What are the acceptable forms of payment?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express Cards.

When do I pay for my orders?
You proceed with payment with our Shopify online store. It's easy and convenient.
  
What happens if my class is cancelled?
If the class does not meet the required minimum guest counts of 5 participants or more, Orchèl’s Bakery reserves the right to cancel it. Only in this perticular case, registered participants will either have the option of attending another scheduled class or will be receiving a full refund.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Orchèl does not issue refunds but can issue you a class credit that will only be applicable to Orchèl Decorating Classes. To request your class credit, please send us an email to orchelbakery@gmail.com with "Class Credit" as the subject line. You will receive an email confirming the credit, whithin 2-4 business days.
